Hi I know its been a while, I had a lot to do. I had finals last week and so on. First i will add some of the cases I have :P been keep a lot hehehe.

Case1:  “yesterday is bounce 2 times . & please sned us the reason whay was the
problem”

Now the “sned” is cool :P oh and the “Whay” is it why or way :P hmmm guess he is confused LOL

Case2: “he custamer buy the card in <Date> and he use 2 h but i cheak its
finshed in same day pls can u send the login history for this user
<User> pls do the needfull coz i cheak i didnt find in <Service> the
login history and in the <Program we Use> so pls send”

Here I have no comments I keep t to you guys :P

Case3: “Customer said that mesage appears again on his mail belongs to domain
<domain name>
(( There was an error sending your message: unable to connect to smtp
server localhost:25 ))”

NOTE: cant he compare between what he wrote “mesage” and the right message he copied it from the web. ><

Case4: “but from my side <domain> is not opening !!
kindly check As Soon As Possible (ASAP).”

NOTE: I know that As Soon As Possible = to asap Man choose one :P

I finished finals and I passed with an A and two B’s Gpa went to 3.00, its ok but i need to do better ^^
